Stock Valuation & Analysis
Intrinsic valuation, technical analysis, trend models, and timing signals.
Stock Valuation & Analysis adds a full valuation engine that normally requires spreadsheets, accounting knowledge, and manual work. It integrates:
Adaptive DCF modeling
Sector-conditioned valuation multiples
Cash-based and EV-based valuation approaches
Dynamic premium-to-undervalued chart zones
Margin of Safety control
Rolling ZVWAP for institutional positioning
Adaptive trend analysis
Overbought/oversold exhaustion detection
A complete signal framework
Analyst rating & price target panel
The result: investors can quickly determine whether a stock is undervalued, fairly valued, or overpriced—and why.

Settings Documentation
This manual describes all configuration options available in the Stock Valuation & Analysis (Zeiierman) system. Each setting controls how valuation zones, technical indicators, signals, and analyst data are displayed and calculated.
1. Valuation
1.1 Valuation Method
Two valuation models are available:
Intelligent DCF: Uses multiple forms of discounted cash flow analysis and automatically selects the most suitable valuation approach for the stock. When traditional DCF is not optimal, the system applies alternative but comparable valuation methods. This adaptive behavior is the basis for the “Intelligent” designation.
Multiple Valuation: Uses valuation multiples as the basis for fair value assessments.
Both methods categorize valuation into four zones:
Premium
Fair Value
Discounted
Undervalued
These zones reflect how the current price compares to the calculated intrinsic value.
1.2 Margin of Safety
Defines the distance between calculated fair value and surrounding valuation zones. A higher margin increases the conservative buffer before the price is classified as discounted or undervalued.
1.3 Valuation Color Templates
The Custom selector provides predefined color palettes for the valuation zones.
Additional options include:
Enabling or disabling individual valuation zones.
Assigning custom colors to each zone.
This allows complete control over how valuation data is visually presented.

2. Technical
2.1 Rolling ZVWAP
Adds a Rolling ZVWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) indicator.
Available modes:
Institutional
Retail & Institutional
The selected mode determines which volume sources are included.

2.2 Trend
Defines the trend indicator displayed on the chart.
Trend modes:
Intelligent Trend
Percentage
MA (Moving Average)
Disabled
Length/Percent:
If set to 0, the system determines the value automatically.
For Intelligent Trend, the length is fully dynamic. It uses internal optimization logic to determine the most effective trend parameters for the specific stock, ensuring the best possible trend detection.
For Percentage, a 20% threshold is used, reflecting the most commonly applied percentage trend level among institutional analysts.
For MA, a 200-period moving average is used, which is one of the most widely adopted long-term trend indicators in the market.
If set to any other number, that custom value is used.
2.3 Signals
Controls buy/sell signal generation.
Signal Types:
Signals
Displays all buy and sell signals.
Trend Signals
Only displays signals that align with the current trend (requires Trend to be enabled).
Signal Direction:
Buy
Sell
Buy & Sell
Signal Frequency:
Frequent
Quick
Fast
Moderate
Longterm
The frequency setting allows users to control how often signals appear based on how frequently they make portfolio transactions.

2.4 Overbought / Oversold
Provides an optional overbought/oversold indicator.
Modes:
Oversold
Overbought
Oversold & Overbought
Users may customize the indicator colors.

3. Analytical
3.1 Analyst Ratings
Displays analyst-derived evaluation data, including:
Recommendation
Buy
Weak Buy
Sell
Weak Sell
Neutral
Not Recommended
Price Target
Highest Price Estimate
Lowest Price Estimate
Placement and color customization options allow the user to adjust how the analytical data appears on the chart.

4. Save Defaults Settings
Located at the bottom-left corner of the interface.
Function: Saves all chosen settings—valuation preferences, technical indicators, color choices, analyst display options, and more.
Selecting Save as default ensures that the system loads these saved configurations automatically on the next use.
