<summary>How do I upgrade/downgrade my subscription</summary>

1. Log in to your [Zeiierman App dashboard](https://app.zeiierman.com/?utm_source=gitbook\&utm_medium=organic\&utm_campaign=public\&utm_content=FAQ-Members\&hts=gitbook\&sl=gitbook-organic-public-FAQ-Members).
2. Click on your avatar on the top-right to access [profile settings](https://app.zeiierman.com/profile/plans/).
3. Click on "Manage Plan" to update/downgrade your active subscriptions.

**Upgrade:** Any remaining time on your current plan will automatically be converted into extra days on your new plan, extending your subscription.

**Downgrade:** You can downgrade your plan, which will take effect when your current plan expires. For example, if you have 15 days left on your quarterly All-Inclusive Plan and downgrade to a monthly plan, the monthly plan will begin after the 15 days at the full price.

<summary>How do I get lifetime access?</summary>

You can upgrade to lifetime access at any time by navigating to [the Lifetime page](https://www.zeiierman.com/lifetime-access?utm_source=gitbook\&utm_medium=organic\&utm_campaign=public\&utm_content=FAQ-Members\&hts=gitbook\&sl=gitbook-organic-public-FAQ-Members). Alternatively, you can upgrade directly from the [Zeiierman App](https://app.zeiierman.com/?utm_source=gitbook\&utm_medium=organic\&utm_campaign=public\&utm_content=FAQ-Members\&hts=gitbook\&sl=gitbook-organic-public-FAQ-Members).

If you choose to upgrade to lifetime access, the remaining time on your current plan will be converted into a dollar value and prorated toward the lifetime plan.

<summary>What will happen when my subscription ends?</summary>

If your subscription is canceled:

* You will lose access to all premium indicators and bots on TradingView.
* You will still retain access to our free indicators and Discord community (excluding VIP channels).

If this was an error, you can easily reactivate your subscription via the [App dashboard](https://app.zeiierman.com/profile/plans?utm_source=gitbook\&utm_medium=organic\&utm_campaign=public\&utm_content=FAQ-Members\&hts=gitbook\&sl=gitbook-organic-public-FAQ-Members), or sign up again through our website. Once your subscription is reactivated, you'll regain access to our premium tools and VIP Discord channels, which are key to achieving consistent trading results.

<summary>Can Zeiierman Trading tools be used on other platforms?</summary>

Unfortunately, you can’t use our tools on any other platform. However, our tools work with any[ TradingView plan.](https://www.tradingview.com/pricing/?share_your_love=zeiierman\&aff_id=27627)

You don’t need to upgrade TradingView, our indicators work with 100% functionality on the basic plan of TradingView (free).[ You can sign up for free here](https://www.tradingview.com/pricing/?share_your_love=zeiierman\&aff_id=27627).

Zeiierman Trading has undergone significant updates to both the backend system and frontend design. As a result, all users have been migrated to the new system. However, users who purchased on Whop have not been migrated and will need to manage their subscription through the Whop dashboard.
