How do I upgrade/downgrade my subscription
  1. Log in to your Members Dashboard.

  2. Click on the Menu.

  3. Navigate to "Profile Settings".

  4. Click on "Manage Plan".

How do I cancel my subscription?
  1. Log in to your Members Dashboard.

  2. Click on the Menu.

  3. Navigate to "Profile Settings".

  4. Click on "Manage Plan" to cancel your subscription.

How do I change my details?
  1. Log in to your Members Dashboard.

  2. Click on the Menu.

  3. Navigate to "Profile Settings" to change your details.

Unable to Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to reset it, please send an email to: [email protected] for assistance.

How do I get lifetime access?

You can upgrade to lifetime access at any time by navigating to the Lifetime page. Alternatively, you can upgrade directly from the Members Dashboard.

If you choose to upgrade to lifetime access, the remaining time on your current plan will be converted into a dollar value and prorated toward the lifetime plan.

What will happen when my subscription ends?

If your subscription is canceled:

  • You will lose access to all premium indicators and bots on TradingView.

  • You will still retain access to our free indicators and Discord community (excluding VIP channels).

If this was an error, you can easily reactivate your subscription via the Members Dashboard, or sign up again through our website. Once your subscription is reactivated, you'll regain access to our premium tools and VIP Discord channels, which are key to achieving consistent trading results.

Can Zeiierman Trading tools be used on other platforms?

Unfortunately, you can’t use our tools on any other platform. However, our tools work with any TradingView plan.

You don’t need to upgrade TradingView, our indicators work with 100% functionality on the basic plan of TradingView (free). You can sign up for free here.

Whop Members

Zeiierman Trading has undergone significant updates to both the backend system and frontend design. As a result, all users have been migrated to the new system. However, users who purchased on Whop have not been migrated and will need to manage their subscription through the Whop dashboard.

If you're on a Whop plan and want access to our dashboard, please create a new account on Zeiierman Trading. You'll be able to access all strategies and educational materials once you're registered. Once the migration is complete, you will receive an email notification.
